I'm always doing the condensed notes it's like a habit i always do it at the back of my note book while the teacher is discussing like everyday and when the quarterly/ weekly exam come I'm always ready but now I don't do it anymore since it's modules... I do it when I'm still in elementary and I'm always w/honours

It definitely plays a part when I'm on duty because procedures such as delivering a baby requires you to stand for a long time and it usually hurts my back, but at the end of the day okay lang naman sa akin and kaya naman! I just make sure to stretch all the time!
