Actually I mostly use canva so , the software u downloaded for Adobe is of free charge ? Coz recently i downloaded the Adobe Photoshop in my Windows 11 so , I'm unable to see the tool bar over there ! It means I can't be able to design, it has only access to jus edit the photos
