Hey!! Garson is good. Close to most amenities if you have a vehicle and lots of young families there aswell.

I live in new sudbury for almost a year now.. what would be the fair rentals for 2 bedrooms in this area?

2 bedrooms range from 1500-2000$ depending how big and updated. A small not updated two bed is about 1500 in new Sudbury.

Hi! West end is good value, if you are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment you should budget 1750-2100 a month. A full house would be 2000-2300 a month!

Hi!! Hostpital area is great and very close, or the downtown/west end. Southend is close but quite expensive.
