We're actually planning on posting a blog soon where our Manager of FDM Services describes some of the qualities and experience she looks for when hiring analysts. It will be available on blog.scaledanalytics.com once it's published. In the meantime, I've found that the best analysts have a combination of strong computer and analytical skills along with a passion for aviation. Flight operations experience helps a great deal. It's a unique mix of skills and experience but it's a very interesting and rewarding career!
