I want at complete CCNA 200-301 courses but all others where mention free courses and after that it shows 499₹ why????

Hi Earlier, all certifications offered by Skillup by Simplilearn were free of charge. However, now, while most of the courses still offer free certifications, a nominal unlocking fee of only ₹499 is required to access some of the certifications.

I complete one course in this website and download certificate, but after that I am starting new cource and after that download new complete but it's not download why.. ? I want at complete atleast,5-6 courses but all others where mention free courses and after that it shows 499₹ why????
