Payet has been great at free-kicks for years and so far this season has been exceptional scoring multiple from all kinds of ranges. The free-kick he scored last week was like nothing I've ever seen, the technical ability it takes to pull that off is insane. Payet is the free-kick flavor this season just as Memphis / Pjanic was last and then Hakan before that. This isn't some BPL bias, its a fair opinion and statistically true this season.

If Hakan Calhanoglu played in the premier league he would be recognized as easily being number one.
