A long time ago,Luni held a contest for people to create presets for gacha club so many of the preset you see are made by them ,and they added their own backstory (I don't think Luni would have the time to add his own backstory to the 1000 preset) so he most likely people who were in the contest wrote the backstory. As for gacha life, it's just an Easter egg,AND 1-ichi I prolly a bit crazy so he is making that up or no idk.But he is my favorite preset (yes I'm a fan of Baldi ,and if you don't get the reference it's because of 1 ichi 's minigame which I always fail cuz my dyscalculic ass can't do math)
