GL2 is an overall great game, but i absolutely hate that there isn't aren't many preset poses. sometimes we are tired and can't make our own. we also need mini games and a storymode option. i also don't like the limited backgrounds and that there's no chest option, but i'm very grateful that luni has made such an amazing game. great job luni and get well soon ❤

Don't forget the eye changing whenever you add something to the characters face, including the movement of the pupil, it keeps going up for no reason even if it is not being moved by the player. Sometimes it creeps me out whenever it happens.

Note: Right now, Gacha Life 2 is mainly for character creation, but the game is frequently being updated, and if you were to look in the game itself, it has a lot of planned features such as a video/movie creation mode, more backgrounds will likely be added, same with poses. I bet Luni and his team are working their butts off to get it all working. Alright now I think the video creator is so people have more space on their phones and their isn’t any annoying video creation app logo in the top right corner. (KineMaster I’m looking at you.)

@@fariieszthis is why I like CapCut I was a kinemaster user before using this and capcut gives you so much more freedom even if you don’t use it for movie quality edits and just for simple Gacha videos there’s more transitions and you don’t have to scroll forever or buy a lot of transitions like kinemaster unless you want CapCut pro which there aren’t a lot of important transitions or effects that you need pro for Plus for transitions and effects CapCut has a little preview thing under the name of the transition/effect so you know how it will look unlike kinemaster which just has the name Also I’m an iPad user and on iPad capcut lets me continue editing the video if I delete any media from my camera roll after adding it but I don’t think it’s the same for phone. I have an android so it may just be for android or all phones

Heres only one thing I don’t like about GL2 and it's the swap character option. There were times where I swapped characters to use them in studio mode and when I want to swap back or use another character, the character is replaced by a copy of another character that was swapped for studio mode. I don't know if anybody else has experienced this, but it's annoying to want to use a character swapped in the past only to find out you have to make it all over again.

I agree with you. As a small creator trying to expand, I find it hard to make male characters due to the lack of unisex or more male clothing options (i.e shirts, pants). With the lack of masculine options, I always bend towards more female characters than male characters. Thank you for not making me feel like I'm the only one 😅

I definitely think that the chest option and tutorial is needed. With the chest options, it would be _much_ more easier to make characters' outfits' vary by being able to have shirts but with no chest or with a chest. Plus, not _all_ girls actually have a chest, say like Natsuki from DDLC for example. I mean, obviously with the "basic" shirts have a male and female type, but to be honest, you can't really do much with those. With the tutorial, I don't really need it since I'm already used to it, but obviously players who are newer to it or are just still confused would _definitely_ need this. It'd basically be a *_lifesaver._* When you first open up the app, Charlotte _( I think that's her name?)_ comes up and I'm pretty sure she says that she'll pop up in different places, but I honestly don't think I've seen her anywhere else in the game. Sorry for that paragraph, I just like writing. *A lot.* Okay, I'll leave you all alone now.

I do enjoy it but the main thing that will bug me is the layering system,I can't pick what shows up on-top of what I only have the options Luni has given,and they don't help much because none of them change the things I want it to,Like I was trying to make the ears show up on-top of the "Rear" hair so I could actually see them without the hair ruining the view but you can't do that,I also can't make objects appear under or over the hand or body. I figured out how to hide body parts but it would be much better to be able to control the layering instead of making an entire arm disappear. The only ears that show up on-top of the hair are in the "Other" section in accessories and sometimes I'm using that for things that aren't ears + there aren't really any of the new ears in that section. I was trying to make an elf and because of the hair I couldn't see the pointy ear tips without them being droopy. 😭 Droopy elf ears are cute but I don't always want that,plus all the other ears that aren't compatible with the hair.

I 100% agree with the ears. Thats the one thing I dislike because most male rear hair options only cater to the normal ears so it looks weird if im not using those ears, but I’ve manage to hide with side hair or something but its so hard to work around. The girl rear hair is fine though, no issues there, just male hair relating to ears. I love those droopy elf ears too! I was so sad though because I couldn’t really see them, but I jut made them big to see more 😂

I really hate that we can't change the layer the ears are ontop of or behind becouse it's an issue with honesty most hairs. 😮‍💨

Wait, wait, actually you can. Go into the slide that says “body 3/3” change the face layer to 6-10/10 and those settings put the ears over the rear hair. You can also layer props and wrist accessories by messing with hand layer, and shoes by messing with feet layer.

Gl2 actually a has hide option. If you go to body page 3 you'll see a "skin display" option, and yeah it pretty much works like the hide option

I installed Gacha Life 2 (pc) then uninstalled it 5 minutes later, it was so hard to understand what to do. I am not fond of the graphics either, they seem too...animated realistic/glossy. I'll stick to Gacha Life, sometimes new isn't a good thing in my opinion P.S: love your videos

I would say that it felt like this game came out of nowhere and the art style kinda reflects that. I heard nothing about this game until like three days before launch and when I did get it the art styled seems less refined than the other games idk if I’m just used to GC style of art but it feels shaky and rushed like the accessories have more style to them than the bodies. I really think this game could’ve used more time in the oven not to mention Luni and team are practically running themselves ragged to get out updates of things that feel like they should’ve released with the full game! Like I don’t ever remember needing to update Gacha Club for anything other than bug fixes and yet Half the updates for this game are things like static poses or background changes (which to be fair having someone being able to import there own background sounds like a coding NIGHTMARE)

Actually you can hide body parts by well…Adjusting the limbs. I learnt this because of another gachatuber covering this. You can adjust the limb you want to hide and make it real small and then poof, it’s gone! Pretty useful ngl.

As a person who doesn't make Gacha videos but makes ocs on GL2 I use Gacha club for videos if I do one. GL2 is a great app but in my opinion I dont like the poses and since I'm using a custom base I can't reset if I mess up. I completely agree with all of your opinions. I tried to introduce my sister to the game and she got confused and overwhelmed. That could be an issue for a lot of younger players. In general it just depends on the players individual preference. Its a good game and so are all the others.

GL2 is a enjoyable game and i have fun making some videos with it but it’s difficult to make poses like walking, running, etc. 1. The first page for eyes is that the outline is too bold and thick 2. it’s difficult to remake an oc that you made on GC or GL1 etc bc they don’t look right. One thing i absolute hate is the poses. It's great that we can make custome poses but sometimes it take REALLY. Really long. and we don't wanna spend hours to make moses that can also look really weird sometimes. Also the poses that were already there are only for one body type. When we use one of them on a body that's for example bigger/slimmer/thicker or anything and you use one pose, the body gets that pose and not the one that your character has. Hope this gets fixed cuz I can't use gl2 for making storys or anything so i use it like once in 2-3 weeks. I hope it was understandable🥲

Well gl2 is an amazing game but there's one issue. I'm trying to make a set of redesigned South Park characters but I'm trying to put a character in the last slot of page 8 but when I get out of gl2 the character disappears and becomes that blank base. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I agree with you I'm barely even using gl2 it's hard to use .. Expect for one thing, I love the ear placement like when you can move them on top of the hair then you can make them go up and down . It's really cool to me you can use on your oc and add more emotion to it which I love. 😊😊

I personally enjoy GL2, but the main trouble for me is that when you’re making a custom pose, the left arm won’t cross over the chest no matter what I do, so my animations look weird most of the time.

I agree with you on the last one. We seriously need a hide option, pet option and the object option. For the hide option, we can't make disabled characters and hide stuff like the face/hair/head/etc For the pet option, we can't have pets for our characters. For the object option, we can't decorate the studio with stuff like plants or smth.

I absolutely love Gacha Life 2 and there are some things I agree and disagree about with what you said. I think for beginners a tutorial is a good thing to have and what I mean by beginner is like Gacha Life 2 is the first game you get and you don’t have Gacha Life or Gacha Club but the tutorial can be used by everyone experienced or not. For the chest option I think that is actually necessary because when I want my oc to wear a bathing suit/bikini I don’t want her to look flat chested or look like a guy. I think what Luni should do is whenever someone presents on a shirt there should be a screen that pops up and asks you “Do you want to keep this shirt the way it is at the moment?” and if you click “yes” then the shirt will stay the same but is you click “no” then the shirt will either have a bigger chest or have a flatter one. I do believe that little mini game section in both GL and GC should be added to GL2 for more entertainment and the stamina bar in GL is a good idea if Luni adds a life mode to GL2 but it should have more than just 200. Something I want Luni to add is Jacket adjustments since we already have shirt length and jacket length adjustments. For poses I think all of the “old” ones like in GC and GL should be added back even though we could just make our own some people don’t want to (like me). Backgrounds, same thing for the poses, add back all the “old” ones but still keep the new ones. Over all GL2 is amazing and I really think it’s fun, improvement is expected but let’s not pressure Luni. He is working on improving GL2 but also making a whole other game at the same time.

I see some people saying it took them 2 hours to figure the game out it even took me a good 30 minutes to learn a basics and I havent opened that appin in like 2 months because there not much to do and i have fun making gacha stories but I use gacha club cause im used to it and yea

1:43 I feel this one like I went to make one of my OC’S and I had to substitute his dog ears which is fine he looks good ig but like it’s not the only item missing another thing is that some items were modified like I went to put a mask on my character and I noticed the outline is gone which again is fine but it’s still slightly annoying/bothersome

I definitely had a “huh” moment when I switched from Gacha club but I love how the new items for options and how there isn’t a limit on adjustments anymore. It can be confusing but I still love using it

i agree with this. and i really do need options for the chest thing.. it would be so much more easier to make outfits for ocs witht he possibilities. and they could even maybe properly do matching outfits.

i know i'm late here but i think ( just my opinion please don't attack me!!! :( ) i like the way how complicated is the gacha life 2 with all the different options even tho it's a bit complicated for others, But i like it coz i can customize my character in a more detailed and stunning way and for me gacha life 2 isn't really Hard for me maybe it's because ever since i was just this little kid i've always been into hard stuffs, complicated things, All the time and as time passed by i started to feel like its getting easier for me so once i'm really focused on something hard just in a few days i already got used to it ^^ And, also, i understand people who have difficulty using gacha life 2 until now PLEASEE DON'T ATTACK ME!, I RESPECT YOUR OPINION AS WELL I'M JUST SAYING OPINION FREELLY I HOPE YOU ALL UNDERSTAND!!!! . . . :(

Idk why that was the case but the face ACC 3/4 is literally before the option where you can make it character profile whilst face ACC 1/2 is just beneath the glasses options

I do use it to make vids but I suck at making vids in general if ur good at gacha then u good at gl2 js get used to the app then u can use it for a lot!

I personally really like gacha life 2, I just really hope the static poss will be added soon:) it’ll be much easier to make videos in gacha life 2 after that! I make gacha life 2 videos but that’s because gacha club still doesn’t like to save progress for me

Personally, I don't think GL2 needs a tutorial. I have never used any other apps so I'm not going to comment on the other points, however I have found the app simple and easy to use. For me, it took me an hour at most to completely understand the game and how it all works
