That’s simply what I was doing in this video except with GFUEL.

people who are 12 can defo have at least 250 ml of g fuel per serving (So just a glass of gfuel) and only like 1 serving daily and no more. When your 13+ u can have a 500 ml serving but once again no more than once a day. At 16 u can just drink gfuel normally until you feel like u have too much
