Thank you. I'd like to talk with you. I've been prequalified via Trustmark. I'll never touch an ARM, even with a free dunce cap. I want to live someplace in Montgomery County. NO HOA. Buttermilk Rd, Ada, Al. South of the city? Find me and acre with a livable house ok, build a handicap house. With rates going up, I'll buy less.

I hate to see the rates go up but the silver lining is, with rates going up it will reduce the competition for buyers. Where are you living now?

That's right !!! Warn the people about tge negative aspects of Prattville, Alabama. Montgomery, Alabama is the premier city in the area. Did you notice, in the video showing Wynlakes, where the homes are located on much real estate ( acreage)? People moving to Prattville, Alabama, living all on top of each other : literally! The city of Prattville is tight. Tge infrastructure doesn't support the number of people living in the small area. If you live in Montgomery, Alabama, you will enjoy the open roads & beautiful buildings....especially, downtown!!!!!
