Something not mentioned is dash casting by pressing q and the mantra at the same time you can do slide casting with mantras like ice smash

late response but the attack always comes first before the movement option, in roblox the gap of time in lines of code is large enough to the the techs stated now (unless the coder makes an check to stop that.)

really like slide casting with flame builds, the talent warding radiance makes your slides go even further when paired with konga's so you can catch people off with a long dash and a mantra

Slide casting was meta back before the rework of combat and layer2 all the No attunement nlk builds were slide casting strong lefts and master flourishes but it was way better back then

Slide casting with the flame dancer talent is op you can basically double slide I use it with flame daggers as you can gap close with it

on a next video you could also talk about roll m1/roll mantras/roll crits, some of those work better with higher ping but I think roll crits are real good on stuff like spear, you can even proc spine cutter of some crits if you manage to land on someone's back

It is, without parrying you'll only be able to play on cheese ranged mage builds, locking you from other metas like silentheart enforcer's axe and won't be able to do much against some specific builds, like high pressure, high damage, or other ranged mages that can get more ether than you by going to close fights. You don't necessarily have to be a parry demon to be a good player, as long as you have good pvp knowledge. Just go farm crypt of the unbroken/songseekers till you get good at parrying, they do unexpected things like crit after m1's, feint crit, spam m1's or just encircle you (when there are more than 1 npc) and attack randomly. The guy up is probably just being ironic because there is some cooldown after a block, can't recover posture, block breaks can lead to true combos (especially with collapsed lung Talent). When you get decent at parrying, just use ur block when you're under huge pressure/don't know the parry timings of something/fast mantras (fast mantras deal low posture damage)

Slide casting is not even supposed to be in the game They removed it some time ago but it just came back for no apparent reason and i still dont know why its in the game, it should be illegal to go mock 10 and cast a mantra at the same time

They did not remove slide casting at all idk what you are on about however there was a bug in verse 1 where it used to HIDE ANIMATIONS which got patched
