Where is a good location to buy investment, 2 or more houses? Properties in Detroit move in condition, Start around 75-80k. In higher rated towns like Allen Park, Southgate and Wyandotte (less crime, better schools) for the same house, 125-165k. Is Detroit a good place to invest in? Or would it be advisable to buy less but in better areas? I am 73, looking for retirement income.
