Make sure you always ask questions at the end. I never really understood how important this simple step is. I had my interview today. I don’t have a lot of experience and there were definitely better candidates. I ask what the next steps in the interview process would be like. Then they said there are a lot of applicants so why would I pick you. I then plead my case saying I’m eager and excited to learn and grow apart of a team. Before I asked that question, it seemed like the interview was over and I did well but definitely didn’t immediately get the job but after asking, their demeanor changed and after saying why I should be picked, they got the paperwork ready. Just be confident and genuine

This video is legit!! I wrote down my answers for each question and practiced them the day before my interview. The hiring manager asked pretty much all of the questions in this video and I already had my answer! I got hired the same day. Make sure you know what to say when they ask "Tell me about yourself" that one's important.

She then also asked to think about a moment in my life where I basically handled a difficult situation Finally, she asked what does hospitality mean to me. That one is a big one. King Agric Hyporbeam Well basically when I got there, I was greeted by the chief executive and he sat me down one on one in the dining room area, we went through my availability and stuff and then the FIRST question he actually asked me was “tell me about yourself”, and he also asked me what are 3 strengths and weaknesses of mine, why they should hire me, why I want to work there, if I have any questions (I asked him a question) etc. Then I had a second interview in the same day with the manager I think and she asked me some of the same questions too and also more questions about customer service, I also asked her a question at the end of the interview when she asked, and stuff like that and that’s basically what happened.

The answers I came up with, which feels very genuine while also saying what any business would like to hear was: 1. I'm available to work anytime on any day. (However since I just applied and got an interview after working at Burger King, I mentioned I needed to work through a 2 week notice in order to start) 2. I know they're busy for the majority of the time, the pace is a lot faster than other places and the crew members and managers are known for being as polite as possible without seeming creepy, and honestly the idea of the faster pace sounds like a challenge I would love to tackle 3. I would stay calm, and do my best to think as logically as possible. While doing the problem solving that I had experience with at Burger King, I would follow the policy as well as I can because. 4. I love the fast food industry, and I love working with the people. The faster pacing and the ability to be personal with your customers without delaying the drive through is a dream that I live for. I want to make the customers feel like when I'm ordering their food I'm trying to treat them like family, and I feel like Chick Fil A is the best place to do that. 5. My strengths are my reliability, my dedication and my drive to do better. During my time at Burger King I would always be waiting to clock in, I would do whatever was asked of me in order to keep the customers happy, regardless of the situation. Now, my weaknesses, (which is very true) is just my ability to multitask. There was a time where one of my co-workers that I was training walked away while we were getting busy, and I was left making the sandwiches on my own while the entire kitchen was basically under my control alone during a rush. 6. During my initial interview, I asked about the amount of hours I would expect to be working if I was to get hired. After my initial interview, I had gotten a 2nd interview.

Went in for an interview today and was hired on the spot! This video gave me more confidence and I love it! I prepped for it well, starting a few days before. FOR THOSE WONDERING: - They asked like 15 different questions, some were very similar to each other and YES, this video included most of them* - The interview itself was about 20 minutes long - Prepare well and watch videos similar to this - They usually do 2 rounds of interviews (1 one day then another a week or so later) to get you used to the managers, but they hired me on the spot because they didn't have many employees *Except the fact that they didn't ask me for any weaknesses that I had, they only asked strengths Let me know if you have questions! :)

5uava well so I had two phone interviews and one zoom one and it went pretty good but they had over 80 applicants and no jobs so that was a waste
