Tell me a bout a time where you had conflict with your coworker, when you have conflict with your boss, how do you handle stress, what would you do if you see a coworker is doing something wrong, how would you behave toward a new hired employee.

The first showroom was opened in 1953. The name IKEA and the first time the business traded was in 1943 as per the video. I chose to take 1943 as the original founding date
