I also came here after checking out the Hudson yards video which I found insightful. This one wasn't what I was expecting as it's not clear what the definition of "hotel" or "building" used was. Especially something like Sentosa resort world which includes multiple properties that happen to be on the same island, not sure it's comparable to a single building hotel like the Burj Al Arab.
