When I first started, I was so anti niche too!!! But I was finally ground down into finding a sweet spot for real estate ---> real estate women ---> moms in real estate! I also saw a Ted talk the other day that spoke golden words....it said to be the top of your industry, you need a really small industry. Great video, Alex!

Thanks for the video! Sounds similar to research. We start with a broad question and as we dig into it we get more specific until we can come up with a thesis statement.

If you are writing emails or mostly any type of copy all your job is to write the copy and show it to your client and that's it!!! If they don't like you write another one and so on.....
