5 Mistakes New Copywriters Make That Keep Them Stuck & Broke 1. Taking shortcuts * Read the books, take the courses, join the copywriting communities 2. The lone wolf/DIY mentality * To do something you've never done before, you need accountability...mentors, communities etc. * Join memberships, hire coaches etc. 3. Expecting to be hired by dream clients immediately * When getting started, don't be too choosy. Build experience * Get paid before getting choosy 4. Backfiring boundaries * When beginning, go for connections, authority and experience * Charge more as your expertise grows 5. The one-way highway * Don't just use one method to find new clients * Tell EVERYONE you meet that you're a copywriter * There is no one magic way of finding clients Thanks Alex!!

can you pls make a video on how many clients should a beginner copywriter handle at once lol.

That is completely up to you and depends on how much time you have to work on copywriting and how much the client is asking you to do. If it’s only a few emails a week, you can probably get 5-6 clients (if you can sign that many as a beginner) and be fine. If the clients you have want emails, sales copy, vsl & KZbin scripts every week, that takes more time so naturally you won’t be able to handle as many clients
