More than in front of, he did it against Tony Hawk. This was a full circle moment for Tony. He has dedicated his life to skateboarding with the goal of bringing skating to the mainstream and watch it grow and this was the absolute best example of that work

It's seriously awesome that transition skating is making a comeback. Vert and Park are getting the credit they deserve. It's what I grew up on, it's how I learned to skateboard. Street skating is great, but the rise of skaters like Andy Anderson, Sky Brown, and Lizzie Armanto who just kill the transition is sweet.

Tony Hawk commentary and competing in the vert half pipe winning the gold medal 🏅 and the 🏆 Leticia Bufoni commentary the streets of the 👧 have been dominating the area of the tricks was great by everyone!

Wow! I liked how all the x games athletes really threw down and put on a really amazing to watch competition. Like Tony Hawk's skateboarding a half pipe at the age of 53. And that child doing a 1080° spin. And how about that awesome trick that Ryan Williams threw down. Glad he finally found his inner strength to land it. Also the female skaters were bustin out some killer tricks. Also maybe I'm wrong but it felt like all of the competitors were a bit more relaxed this go around with out much of a crowd besides family and the other skaters and film crew.

Is Tony Hawk still competing?

He came back for the Best Trick Event this year. He did retire from X Games back in 2003, but since vert was a bit overshadowed by Skateboard in the Olympics and stuff he came back just for one competition just to help vert. He did not do Vert Runs or anything like that, just the Best Trick event which is were he can compete mostly considering his age right now.

My 64 year old uncle Hal, an old senior bachelor, has a big crush on Sky Brown that he keeps several pictures of her in his bedroom. He has been a bicycle messenger by trade for over 36 now and still going strong to this day. As a youngster in the 80s he too tried bmxing for awhile but was unsuccessful. As He voluntarily stopped after a broken ankle from a failed bmx stunt which he was hospitalised. He does not smoke and does not drink. He currently lives with his brother.

Sky Brown is brilliant at Skateboarding all on her own while she's about to be like a Pro at Skateboarding just like Tony Hawk that he does also while it's all great Exercise to Practice Skateboarding that anyone can do anytime they want and it's been Special for years. sky brown is the future - mark my words . I seen Scheckler at tampa in 2020 with helmet and pads after the pro contest and called that also and look how he progressed, these young ones on vert now are the future cuz the old ones stuck in their ways doing the same lame runs for over a decade now she is also the first girl to ever land a mctwist - at 11 years old
