Hmm. Top 5 in south eastern VB. No Great Neck surprised me. Maybe bc there’s not a lot of inventory. I’d take Kellam any day over Ocean Lakes, but I’m in the Cox district so I don’t have to worry about either.

Thanks for all your helpful info about living in Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads. I'm planning on moving there from Pennsylvania, and was wondering if you help people find rental properties or apartments, too? And if not, can you suggest where I can get help with finding the right rental place--someone who knows the area (because I don't,) and can make good recommendations based on my needs/wants? You could look for an apartment locator. They usually know the areas very well and also help people within their budget.

@@grapevinegoddess I googled one for the Tampa area, they are kind of difficult to come by. You can also try reaching out to realtors. Some realtors will work with apartment complexes and private properties, sometimes at no cost to you because they get paid through the apartment complexes or the landlords.

Wow, grew in Va Beach back in the 1960's but is shoplifting really on the rise in Va Beach? Was just watching KZbin channel - NYC Uncovered - "Migrants arrested for raiding NYC stores". At 0.30 sec into the vid they show a chart with 44% increase in shoplifting for Va Beach 2019 - 2023..
