I’m I missing something. I have mine at lvl 15 and says it’s max radius and don’t see any upgrade additions showing up past 15

As glyphs level they gain higher stats and are maxed out at 21

it reads in the sigil what dungeon it is. So just focus on collecting those what you want or try to craft them.

This video isn't doing so well, so I probably won't. But I can give you a general rule. Stay away from ghosts, barracks, dungeons, and ones that require anima or multiple things to collect.
