I live on the road in a camper, I work in the deep south heat and using the RV oven is just not an option as it heats the camper up to unbearable Temps, I needed a better option for cooking, I had a friend suggest the Ninja foodi as it cooks quickly, has tons of options and is super easy to use, I listened and purchased one, I couldn't be happier, I have been using it for 2 years now! everyday for meal prep and just a quick dinner, nothing is impossible with this ninja. It's just so amazing, great product.

What do you use to power it? Or are you camping where there are electrical outlets?

I was living with my son for a few weeks while waiting on my house to be finished. He has a Ninja Foodi XL, and he uses it all the time instead of turning on the stove or grill. I got hooked on how easy the Foodi is to prepare meals. I love the "set it and forget it" mentality. So when I moved into my new home, I went out and bought a Ninja Foodi of my own. I love it. The first thing I made in my Ninja Foodi was Bratwurst. Super easy.... Pressure cook for about 15 minutes on the roasting rack, quick release. Then drain the liquid out of the pot, return the sausages to the pot and air crisp for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through the crisping process. Perfectly juicy, crispy casings. You get that snap when you bit into them. Honestly, I'm glad I chose the Ninja Foodi over and Instant Pot because of the air crisp. It's everything I need in the kitchen in one appliance.

I just used mine to bake some sliced zucchini. Topped with ground black pepper, sea salt, cumin, cilantro and tossed first in some of my custom olive oil mix. I drizzle a bit on when done also. Now I'm hungry again. 🤣

I usually make the rice with the leftover stock water after cooking the chicken. Almost as good as fried without having to fry it.

Best designed unit I can even imagine because it’s so easy it’s like a stove. You know you select your temperature. You select your function. You select your minutes and you just get your food I mean it’s great comes with wonderful cookbooks.

Hey girl hey everything looks so delicious.... where's your videos of your Ninja foodi you always have me leaning towards getting a ninja foodie I think it would just be a better investment instant pot but I'm going to wait for your review before I making a drastic movements LOL... thank you for the new Twist on that chicken nugget slider now I'm going to be totally addicted to that I'm going to have to make mine in the oven LOL but I probably could turn out just as good... many blessings to you and your family and hope you have happy healthy safe weekend...

Love these meal ideas! Can your cheesy beef potato dish be pressure cooked instead of slow cooked? I just purchased a foodi and have no idea how to cook anything in it yet lol, so I'm relying on recipes. I tried just going with it for chicken breasts, potatoes and asparagus the other night and failed!

Soggy food the ninja way. I am not buying the idea that it is better than pan fry. Anyone that ever had real chips would probably agree.. The flavour tends to come from the oil and the crisp tends to come from full absorbshone.. I challenge ninja,.. or any other air frier. To cook a crispier chip than I could provide on a conventional oven using the deep fry method. Bringing the professional ninja cooks if required I am happy to challenge them all live in a blind taste test on TV,.. just to add, I am not a trained chef , but I will go ahead to head with any professional chef to do a taste test in public😊
