Another important one: Don't run backwards. Turn around and run.

If you watch 100 of these videos, you will gain alot of knowledge. IF you watch 500, you will be very knowledgeable about it and able to make Last Second decisions naturally in the outfield. IF you listen to these videos, take whats best for you, apply them, and get on a good team you can have a knowledgeable coach you earned.

2 years ago i was hitting around 200-210 ft line drives, 230 feet max. (On the bounce) Im 5'9 134 pounds now and i hit around 230 foot linedrives, and i smoked a ball probably 280 feet for a flyout today. I got a CRAPTON out of that ball, and out of me. If i work out consistently i think i could hit 340 feet homeruns if i gain like 30 pound of muscle. Im done growing so yea, gonna need everything i can get out of my swing ;D

The sound of the crack of the bat can often tell you how hard (far) the ball has been hit a split second before you can read the ball's trajectory.

Then you'll need to throw away the hat before reaching for the ball to throw it.
