Because any tank can get that really. I have level 7 repairs and I run tool box on all my tanks. Repairs plus the tool box gives you a 53% boost. I get tracked, then it’s repaired by the time the crewman is done saying “our track is hit, we can’t move!”

If drac couldn't repair its tracks quickly it would average 400 damage. The best and only way to judge tank balance is to look at winrate and average damage, across the entire board, newbies, normal players and unicums. Average those stats and compare against other tanks of their tier. Personal experience and personal opinion are pointless. Get one shot by a kv2 in three straight games and that kv2 to you is OP. The fact that that kv2 in its next four games (that you didn't see) only hit two of its next ten shots (and one didn't pen and only did 200 damage before getting killed) so that overall it averaged 1000 damage per game and won 50% of the games it played. Meanwhile a guy in the pz won 52% and did 900 damage in half the games and did 1250 damage in the other half and no one noticed.

I disagree with the Keni otso argument, all tanks should get the same treatment no matter how many there are in the game, if anything they should be more worried about upsetting the masses than the few. I had tanks I bought for money changed to collector and nerfed. I think it’s more about the history of this mistake they made creating this op tank and then quickly pulling it from the store before too many were sold, I’ve seen WG playing the Keni whilst live streaming they obviously have fun playing it, this is more the reason why its untouched.

@@KoogleKhrome No, it's so OP even IS5 or LTTB HEAT and APCR shells (respectively) richochet off even where it says I should pen. And even then the lower glacis plate being so thin is impossible to hit unless the WZ is on a hill facing upwards, Which is pretty much never. Also it's fire rate is OP and it can fire off a shot that does 300-500 DMG about 4 seconds faster than even the IS5 or ISU.

So much has changed 3 years later. All of these tank (except for 1) would never be called op nowadays. Vk100: too slow for the fast paced gameplay of current blitz. Wz120gft: doesn’t have the survivability to make aggressive pushes Helsing: no where near op nowadays, fun tank but that’s it. Dracula: same for helsing but a little bit better. Just a very fun tank Ke-ni otsu: the only one that can maybe be considered op. Even then though, lack of pen lets it get bullied when it’s low tier. Then again I go to keep up with really low tiers so idk how this tank fares

It also has a rear mounted turret for great sidescraping, and somehow 12° of gun depression. The DPM isn't great, but it's not terrible either, and 400 alpha at tier 7 is very nice. I stick to my choice here.

When I take the Ke-Ni to have a second Mastery bandage I can't have it, because there was a Ke-Ni-Otsu on my team, and I love it. The player that's drive that Ke-Ni in my opinion is a master he kill enemy team complete, but most importantly he kill the others 5 when I was alone, a nice OP Japanese tank

It has better power to weight ratio than most Heavy tank (even some mediums), decent armour (Very strong turrent), good gun handling and has more DPM than all heavies except except Brits while spamming 2 key with calibrated shells (370mm of HEAT penetration, while still having about 3k dpm... Balance.... )... Tanks like IS7, IS 4, Maus, E100, etc are supposed to be front lining but Wz 113 don't care just dab 2 key and *Boom!* all that red armour turns penetrable while still boasting better DPM and 113 still has good enough armour to bounce standard shells forcing its opponents to Dab 2 key further more decreasing their already meh DPM to bismal...

Keni will never be sold again, and should have been nerfed. It has nothing to do with balance. There is no other tank that you can say with 100% assurance that if you do not have it, you will never have it. For me it is an issue of fairness. If you work hard and pay enough money you can have any tank in the game, including every tank on this list, except the number 1 - the most OP tank ever made. Nerfing it would have at the very least said to the vast majority of players who can never own one that we are valuable, that no one is above the law. Not even the elite who own a unicorn. If any tank can be nerfed then prove it, cut the horn off the mythical beast.

Good list and good criteria for what is OP. the thing that makes the Helsing OP is the mobility more so than the gun and the reload on the Drac is too short. But they did the 183 all wrong reducing it's mobility will only encourage people to camp more should have reduced the alpha a bit and the reload so that it has the same DPM but less chance to one shot.

I agree with most of the list. However, I would change VK 100.01 P for ISU-152. VK has sure great armor and decent mobility for such weight, but the gun isn’t really the best ; alpha is good, pen is average, but reload and accuracy make that you can just ignore the tank until it is the last alive. The ISU has too much pen and reload for such alpha ; the accuracy is good too, manœuverability is decent, armor is sufficient to not get penetrated with HE and gun mauntlet can absorb many shots ; only downgrades are aim time and eventually, camo. The low HP pool is not more a problem than on other TDs, since all TDs with 1100 HP will need the same amount of shots to get destroyed. 2 in a platoon will just destroy the battle they’re in.

About armor, I just said that it was enough not to be penetrated by HE shells (unlike Rhm) Accuracy is better than Rhm, only the aim time can be a problem. And it can be lowered seriously with equipment and provisions. In platoons it makes the tank even more OP Edited : it doesn’t really need a turret to be OP

Wz 120 g1 FT is ridiculous. A $60 TD that has very good mobility, decent armor, great gun, low profile with high camo. Light and medium can't even pen it reliably. Hell even the lower plate is so small and troll bounce my IS5 all the time.
