Honorable mention should probably also go to archmage builds especially ice nova of frostbolts. Before league it wasnt really clear but it turned out to be an absolute banger build and leveling as rolling magma into archmage is super smooth. Like archmage with firestorm easily gets you to whitemaps.

Good call! There were multiple skills used with archmage setups so it didn't clearly separate from the group, but looks like it was very close to top 5 popularity and should have at least been honorable mention.

League start option which maybe deserves a future honourable mention might be BAMA. Bows are strong. Transfigured blink arrow mirror arrow are strong. Could be played as either poison with necro or elemental with guardian. I had very good success with it.

I agree it’s a strong build. Just wasn’t in the top 5 for popularity and wasn’t a new gem this league. It was close though, top 10 for sure.

Exsang mines is absolutely not a bosser unless you get mega gg gear. The dps is just much much lower than Explo traps or Hexblast mines. The clear is insane though.

Interesting! For 100% transparency this is not a build I'm particularly familiar with so a lot of my opinions on this one came from PoB's and other creators videos. Just from what I saw it seemed like a stronger bosser than mapper... it's possible I got jebaited and was looking at fully geared characters instead of league starters. Regardless this build isn't really my style and I much prefer Explosive Trap or Hexblast Mines!

@@firkzgaming I had one of my best starts in 3.24 with it and I can assure you you're not farming early Ubers comfortably with it. The mapping however was insane and got me a day 4 or 5 mageblood with matryoshka exiles.

I’m the same way! Unfortunately there’s not a lot of builds, if any, that are top tier at all the content in the game. So it try to work backwards, pick which content I want to focus on and choose a build based of that.

Did this with mana stacker. Started a mjolner build and transitioned to manaforged arrows once I had enough gear

Summon Holy Relic is not a starter. It is a great second build though. I played poison SRS and transitioned to Holy Relic last league. It didn't feel good until I pumped 150- 200 divines into it.

Bow Builds weren't as popular to start this league due to the Tornado Shot nerfs, but the Necropolis graveyard let people craft top tier Bows for 30 divs, so a lot of players swapped into it after the first week. This league could be a huge shake up everyone has been hoping for

I don't think Holy Relic will get directly nerfed, but Lancing Steel of Spraying's trigger will get nerfed somehow.

I have a really bad feeling about dd of chain reaction coc it is aboslutly broken. Like very broken played it in necro made well over 2k divs farming t17 btb bloodlines glittering monstrous linneage and averserairs or nemisis and i was banking i mean actually bank. After dropping a little over 1200d on the build i was absuluty blasting the fuck out of the hardest content in the game.

Yea, I also league started CoC DD. I don’t see how both DD and Lancing Steel receive some kind of nerf tbh.

it for sure is a strong build. But lets be real here. If you spend 1200div on pretty much any build you will destroy the hardest content no matter what :D

@@firkzgamingeverytime I think of trying lancing steel it spikes ;/; so I be sad never tried it yet sadly my plan is to find a sanctum league started for what I want to do due to not as much time to farm so I can enjoy some runs then work and still progresss
