M.Farhan Fuad I would be down to do a walkthrough for each map as part of a lets play, full deck of level 1 heros starting on hard difficulty. I actually have a Squire only playthrough already done, Act 1 is up on my channel. That’s more of a weird/fun challenge run than a walkthrough though.

Genie can also be good on a DPS huntress. Yes you loose the DPS from not having the cat on so less big numbers on the dummy, but instead you get the dmg boost from the ability with 100% uptime and the speed boost to run around the map to where you need to be.

True! It’s definitely optimal in a group with 2 huntress’s for one of them to run a Genie. Have you ever had issues with the Genie consistently regening your mana? I always run a Genie in my dps monk but sometimes the mana regen doesn’t trigger and I lose my boost.

@@AnthemTD As huntress its generally ok as long as you keep shooting and the genies generation is maxed. Sometimes when its quiet in the waves and theres no enemies to shoot you need to turn it off to not waste the mana from draining when you dont need it.

Nice video, good rundown on some of the pets. What do you think about the hand pet and the fairy? Are they any good? Glad you threw in so alternatives to the dragon cuz I can’t handle the summit yet lol

Phil Goose Thanks! The hand and fairy might be good in a few niche cases but I don’t use them for anything currently. I’ve heard that the hand pet can heal towers in pure strategy mid wave but I can’t confirm whether or not that actually works.

@@AnthemTD I can also confirm the hand pet works. I've been using it on Promenade Nightmare pure strat. I wouldn't be able to do the map without it tbh.

Great video! I keep hearing four stats / four builder stats... but I don't know what those are. Can you enlighten me with what builder stats are?

Thank you! Power, Range, Fortify and Def Rate are commonly referred to as the four builder stats. They are the stats dedicated to defenses. I think everyone started calling them builder stats in DD1, we called the person who set up the defenses the builder.

@@AnthemTD Thanks for explaining me what the four stats are. At what time do you recommend to start leveling a DPS character. I currently have all 4 builders lvl 61 and finished Insane campaign. Also, is there a benefit of doing hardcore insane maps?

@@yillo1147258369 The only Insane Hardcore maps I'd say you should run are Summit campaign, Ancient Mines survival or mix mode and Promenade survival or mix mode, Once you can start doing Nightmare Hardcore on campaign Ignore anything insane unless you can't get it on Nightmare, good examples being a Propeller Cat or Giraffe on a Treadmill

@@yillo1147258369 There is no need to do hardcore insane maps but you can if you want. You'll need to do something to get your heros to level 70 so you could do Summit a few times to level up. I ran summit on insane hardcore and did a few survival runs just for fun and to get some gear and level up. Beyond that, I would clear Ancient Mines in nightmare campaign and start farming Ancient Mines Nightmare Hardcore Survival once you get your heros to 70. While you're farming there, it would be smart to level up and gear a DPS huntress. She will help out a lot in nightmare. If you really don't want to , you can get through the nightmare campaign without one but you will have an easier time if you have a DPS huntress. She will also help out a ton for farming gear to get into massacre.

Pretty sure that just means a +24% bonus. Not a good cat, but they changed the way the bonus % is displayed

It’s much easier to get, from an Act 1 map. The ramster is good but it’s from Act 3. If I’m farming an Act 3 pet, I’d rather go for the dragon.

It is! The devs just showed a really short clip of a stress test for the Switch. Hopefully the end of the year but no official announcement yet.

Anything from easy difficulty would have really low stats. Pets from Nightmare can be useful. A genie from Nightmare is fine. Gemstones from nightmare can be good for a while too.

Anthem TD yeah 3x shots.. What happend i got on me like 3x supehigh up dragons before i took this break, and they dont had a chance to upgrade rate on it, now they can and stats changed a little bit

Prepatch that’s a crazy good dragon. Now 200+ upgrades is pretty easy to farm from massacre survival. 164 is still decent though, you could definitely make use if it in massacre survival

This video is somewhat outdated as of the episode 1 patch, giraffes and mista mines no longer give defense stats. The dragon is also far worse now and damage pets are rarely used. This applies to every difficulty.
