Wow, this is the first time anybody's pointed out that you need to squeeze your core to make planks effective. All those planks at the gym, and the instructors never mentioned this. Thanks for the great tips!!

Hey Blake, thanks for the great video as always. Any tips for keeping a neutral spine without a partner or mirror for reference? Does squeezing the glutes and core sort of force the spine neutrality?

Great tips! If you take your shirt off and wear a tight tank top we can better see your back and core position … just a little suggestion 😊
