My list would be catchers, throwers, runners, blitzers then anyone on the ground :) Though I like to leave loners and nega traits till last to make my opponent take more risks. For some strange reason I find my opponents top priority is always my dirty players...

As a Norse and Caos player, my gaming plan goes like this: you throw as many blocks as you can every turn. When you can't block with anyone else, then you fault on the most expensive player on the ground. After that, you can start wondering where the hell is that damn ball.

Ghouls are always high on my list of fouling targets because they can't regen and they don't have apo's to protect them

If I teach the game to someone I always say, "the player, which they have to foul is any of these, which I'm putting on the field" just because elsewise I will find a way to score with it to win the game. (one of the best lessons, which I could teach to beginners. Remove my players, before I can do stuff with them)

I had my dwarf runner fouled on the second turn once. Not only did I not score that game, I couldn't pick up the ball. It was brutal.

Before whatching I would say everything looking like an elf catcher, werewolfes, troll slayer, wardancers, and every single ball carrier you can step on.

Surprised, and a little relieved, that the target on my elven union catchers was not spotlighted. Especially the way I build and run the pass-happy yolo offense (4 catchers, cannoneer on the primary thrower) means that the rest of the league I play in know where the threat is. 3++. 2++(regardless of coverage) long passes are the bread-and-butter of my team. Add the movement of both players and that's 24 squares of offence with only 2, (3 if the catcher needs to dodge out of coverage) easy die rolls to make. It is helpful that most players fast enough to cover catchers are only strength 2, the Elven Union Catcher is an unparalleled attacking positional. Thus a prime target for illegal thuggery.

Treemen might be left out of the big guys group, due to their lack of mobility. That being said, I have had one match where in my first three turns I took out a treeman and a wardancer by fouling with the same linerat...

I agree with the list however there are a few other honorable mentions that should be taken up like Pestigors, Anointed Throwers, Dwarf Runners. Not because they are such horrible players to face but because they are so vital for the opponent. A skaven team could win without gutters, but most dwarf teams couldn't score without a runner :)

Feeling the foul sting myself, when it took 10 games to get him there but onward. Great segment except for round 8 expect to be fouled… Brings an interesting thought maybe Theory Thursday material, ok you got your star player however your league is running their inclusion. What happens if a star dies ? Do you just get em back, are they removed forever, can you just rebuy them if your team had the capital ? Would loner skill reset…it’d kinda have to… Think I have to many questions still to want to include them in league. Sure we can think of something, they hooked me with the “just think instead of “short cut boosting players leading to star games” we all get to bring in a free agent like Brady or Von Miller whatever it is you wish your team had more of…” I do see the appeal and the need for an apothecary now… But when has bringing in a big name at a crazy over price ever panned out…which stars are better then teams big guys already, hakflem and/or smashrip vs Rat ogre. Maybe one or two for each team or best 2 stars for each league badlands underworld etc. Man that’s be great. As always happy blocking

I agree with this list for the most part except your number 5. If we’re going to really rank who to foul off the pitch as a category I would have ranked star players at five at least tied with big guys if not moving big guys to spot 6. Also witch elves whom are similar to werewolves in that regard… witches get stitches

Have to agree about wardancers but elves are so deadly with 4 AG across the board you dont really have to have them in your team..I got a gutter runner with plus 2 movement....they are op when you can run from half way to the end zone so have to agree need stamping when against them....the vampire is also a kill on sight, apart from the stupid blood mechanic they are the best players in the game :-)

Always was waiting for a Wardancer on this list…the last guy who won our league had an AG6 Wardancer (such bullshittery) but anyways how about for yourself, Top 5 Teams you would like GW to officially release?
