These are my top 5 tips for new players. I chose things that all players can do, even when first starting out. So I didn't include stuff like using shinies to boost luck.

Another tip I’d give is get a Pokémon with the Pickup Ability because then you’ll have a Pokémon with a shit ton of berries and other items like silk scarfs and such that you can transfer to your other Mons and it’s pretty much a free shop item

You should do a list on how to choose your starters. Some runs can go really wrong just because you pick a bad starting team

Good tips for early on classic runs but won't translate as well into endless after they clear sadly. I'd recommend spreading out typing good for starters and trying to catch a steel/fairy type like tinkaton whenever you can, hatch some eggs and pray you get a triple axel flamigo and sweep the living shit out of rival rayquaza. My advice is to wait until you see a proper legendary on the gacha or hatch something strong to carry with to pump tickets on, once you get a decent carry you can commit to shinies until you have high enough luck and sap back and forth

Early game is honestly one of the hardest times. Just power through maybe get some eggs or capture Pokemon so they can get better iv’s if you decide to start to them. And prioritize free leveling and x items for what your poke on are good for. And on top of that. Items like iron and calcium are keepable and stackable and really help late game. Try to save your money but dont be afraid of spending some if needed. Early game is hard cause you have less type advantage covarability. Some pokemon id personally recomend are ursoluna, durulodon. Or the pink bear. Those 3 are insane. Plenty are good so just try to get good at getting past the start. I struggled until I learned more

​@Samsungsmartfridge19 I think they're talking about Stufful/Bewear. But ya, early game is a lot of luck until you get better starters and more experience with the game. Just keep trying and remember to use weaker pokemon you don't care about as switch in shields so your good Pokemon don't take extra damage switching in

In my experience skeledige/Gyarados carried literally the whole game for me, make sure to use a memory mushroom on Gyarados for ice fang for Rayquaza...

Ya, getting that first clear is the hardest. After that you'll kind of have a feel for what works and you can start getting into more busted stuff. Like steamrolling the game with pickpocket Tinkatink lol
