Hi Sophianna, I only know the case of IT departments disabling add-in installation for their employees. But if it is a private Office 365 installation, I honestly have no idea what the problem could be.

I like the idea of the Massive X but since you can only use it once then $15 is too much because I do things to help small groups. I thought you would get to pick slides and use them for different slideshows. Also the Pixabay just keeps giving me the error "Response with status 0 for URL null".
