Great list, BUT you missed the John Soane Museum! Free to get in, so personally I think it should be in the top 5 quirky London museums. There is also the Geoffreye Museum in Hoxton...perhaps not so 'quirky', but a fabulous museum nonetheless. From a fellow Londonophile :).

We went to the Old Operating Theater. The Theater was not very impressive, but the old tools and apothecary was interesting.
