Wow! that would be quite difficult in my opinion! I'm not sure how long the mint has kept actual figures on amount made for each coin in history! I will look into it, but if there is such a list.... I don't think i'll be able to afford any of them!

How much would you say the whole collection of the 2012 collection would be including the medallion ?

Depends on if it has the folder or not? The medallion alone is worth probably £60+ albums go for around £70+ empty Then the coins are mostly worth £1-£2 each (apart from maybe 5-10 of them which are worth a little bit more due to scarcity.)

Absolute Coins yeah mate I have the book with it all I completed it in 2014 but its just been sitting around now and i have had my enjoyment out if it now i just want someone else to enjoy it also I have another collection of coins in a set that contain all of the " The emblem series decimals of Elizabeth 2" I don't know if that's worth any value at all but I would like to think so as I have the wooden drawer style box with it and that's there some beautiful coins in the collection

Range from £150 to £250, depends on how lucky someone can get on ebay to be honest! The medallions usually got for £60-£70 alone, and the albums can be like £50. This is all based on the official Royal mint albums though... i've seen cheaper ones that are mad by another company.

Hi Steven! The best thing to do with these is join a few UK coin groups on facebook... if you post the pictures on there people will tell you if they are worth anything, and if they are, you might get some offers for them!!

Wasn’t the Olympic one of the swimmer that was first minted with water over the face and then they changed the design so you could actually see the swimmers face I thought that was number two behind the Kew Gardens 50p

Yeah, I think there are around 1000 known versions of that coin.... but it's classed as an error coin now rather than a proper circulating coin

Hey, just done going thru a 250 GBP bag of them and me got a Judo one :) Along with two other olympic needs and BENJAMIN BUNNY, JEREMY FISHER, PETER RABBIT, and TOM KITTEN. Some might think, once you've already got a big number of them, it ain't worth doing one of these 250/500 multi bag things. But every time I've done it, I've always got a couple I hadn't had before.

You are correct! But that is not a circulating coin anymore as that is the 'Old Style Larger Sized' 50p. These are the rarest coins currently in circulation. I do love the EEC coin, but my favorite old style large size design is the 1994 D-Day 50p.
