As someone who’s lived in Doral for over 20 years, the main problem is that hardly anyone here speaks English. Over 80% of the city only speaks Spanish. It can be hard to get by for people who are non-speakers.

Property prices have increased everywhere Chris, not just in Doral. Nationally. Locally, 12% increase in Miami-Dade to be exact and 9% in Doral. However, Doral will continue to be a city that offers many things to its residents. Thanks for watching!
