I just now discovered your channel; your content is well produced, very engaging, and informative! I definitely agree that the food at Beaches & Cream is just okay and not worth the hype. While I like the ice cream options, I still feel like it's not worth going out of one's way to try to eat there (this is coming from someone who finally made it there after wanting to go for four years). Having said all that, if I get to stay at any of the Epcot area resorts in the future, I will definitely use the to-go window to grab that smaller version of the Kitchen Sink.

I think the limited space creates high demand and then it seems like a must-do but really it's just ok (in my humble opinion). We loved the to-go window though. Great video! We are just back from our third visit to the beach club. We love the location and atmosphere. The staff do a great job to keep the interiors in good maintained condition but it does feel a bit worn if you visit somewhere like the Riveria Resort. Our extended family stayed in the yacht club and found the rooms a bit clinical with no carpets or rug. The lack of these soft surface finishes made it feel less luxurious.

Thanks for your kind words!! Yes, it is such a lovely resort. And that's such an interesting observation. I should do a community poll and see who is team carpet/team hardwoods! lol Bc I do not like the carpet in the rooms.🤪 It's a germ thing for me BUT I can see how the hardwoods would make it feel less posh! And I've heard some people have an issue with noise with hardwoods. Either way, they both are great resorts and that location is AMAZING!! So glad you had a magical trip! ✨💜

We love both Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts. That pool is maybe my favorite pool on Disney property but overall the Resorts are beautiful and have a ton to offer. I'm new here and so excited I found your channel. I'm looking forward to following your adventures.

The pool looks amazing! Is it too cold to swim in during January?

The pools are temperature controlled in the winter so they aren't freezing. They keep them at 82 degrees year round. For me it depends on the weather. I have definitely been swimming before in January when it was hot outside (but on a cool day I'm a chicken) but Chris goes no matter what 🤣 He loves the pools!! lol I definitely think swimming in January is possible and always bring a suit with me in case I want to jump in!! Hope this helps! 💜

Hit it in January and February. If the air isn't cold, Stormalong Bay is great. The quiet pool is also warmer - or, at least, it seems that way.

Could you theoretically have your friends from another resort hang out at the pool with you?

At this resort, sadly no! They are very strict here, monitor the entrances, and give out wristbands for the exact number of people listed on the reservation. At a lot of other Disney resort pools, this would be an option but they are super strict at Beach Club. Probably bc the pool is so cool!

Not yet!! But it's on the list. 🎉 We have stayed there before but we are wanting to stay in all of the resorts consecutively so that we can offer a fresh perspective from a recent stay. But it's one of my favorites so I'm hoping we can get there soon!
