You and Keith need to do another episode talking about riding stories!! That would be awesome!

Just got back from togwotee today and the snow was alright, but great in some areas way off trail. But definitely agree that it’s one of my favorite places and literally has something for every level of rider.

Love videos like these Dan! I think I speak for most of us that we could listen to you and a guest like Keith speak for hours (literally) about topics like this.

I like that I've ridden most of these areas. But I enjoyed listening to your prospective and why you like them. As you said some times getting there is half the fun. I might move West Yellowstone above Cooke City. To me there's more variety. Especially if the conditions aren't optimal or you have the family with. along with McCall I like to ride the Seven Devils area but there's not much for amenities. Love your Videos

Thanks Dan, thanks 711, great stuff! Coming from MN, I'd say Cooke and Snowy Range have been my favorites over the years, a little bit of everything.

If Revelstoke is #5 I better get to some of these other places. But if you've only rode Revy in November and it made the top 5 you should probably come back at the end of January. I think it might claw its way up that list 🤔 awesome chat, can't get information like this anywhere.

Yea totally agree, I ride that whole area, last winter it was crazy the snowfall we had and our terrain choices are endless.

As it was said in the video, the locations weren't listed in order of worst to best. It was just the top 5. We all know Revelstoke is epic.

Would y'all be interested in making a video about how to both avoid injuries during the riding season and how to keep riding if you have a minor injury? Im a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I would love to share some ideas.

Dan, I live in the sicamoose are now, but my all time fav area to ride is in the northeast bc area, our mtns are the end off the Rockies, ride alot in that 4-5000 foot range. Back in 98, a friend and myself discovered a completely new area that was full of drainages that were several miles long, full of debris, logs, rocks, water holes, steep walls, waterfalls and would be full of sno after every night of strong winds. It is game on , my son and nephew cut thier teeth riding there, today both those kids are young men and can ride with the best of them and I'm excited to be heading there for cmass. There is a vid of Keith riding up a gnarly creek bed, and that vid resembles our style and riding area. Moving down to sicamoose, the terrain is totally different, so I look foward to my annual sleds trips up north.

As a guy who grew up sledding Wolf Creek in CO (awesome to see you down there with Matt) and now lives in Missoula as the local club's safety officer, it's awesome to see Keith giving a shout-out to Seeley and Lolo Pass specifically. The Seeley Lake DriftRiders and the Missoula Snowgoers keep all the information about local riding at: www.driftriders.org/ missoulasnowgoers.org/

I know of a range in the western US, that almost nobody rides. It also has a lot steep trees and deep snowpack. I'd bet that nobody who seen this video knows it exists.

No local insight!!! Lame. Russia and touring around Canada out of the realm of possibility for most of us. Plus with all you mods and skills unlike we could approach the zones you guys enjoy. Guess we got to pay to see where you guys ride for a living. 🤨
