I watched a video of a shipping container house , they poured a concrete slab on it (second floor with 3 attached container to each other , reinforced with long I beams welded on top between the joints )

1.If containers are stacked one above the other, will you hear the sound or vibration of the activity at the above container in the below container. 2. is something required in between the containers . 3. is it ok if the above container is placed in a adjuscent position of the below container, so as it creates a cantilever and below space shelter can be used. will it be structurally good, will it just hold itself or is to be welded.. please give me suggestion.

Thanks Alex for your wonderful job and community sharing spirit. May I have a few questions? We are planning to build in hot and raining country for retirement. 1/ Can we use ciment air-create light weight concrete with rebars steel renforcement on top of containers then putting ceramic tiles to obtain roof deck and heat proof ? 2/ Can we use Styrofoam and stucco on exterior walls to isolate heat and have a better look?
