20:23 What would I do? Well, that's an interesting question-for me I'd probably be reacting a lot like her which seems too calm to a lot of people, but I grew up in two haunted homes. My first experience that I'm aware of was at age 5 & when you've had that many experiences, it takes quite a lot to startle or scare (but if you freak out, people call cap as well! There's no "right" way to react to the paranormal & what we see & hear thru a camera is very different to your experience in the moment!) I would them investigate to try to determine if what's there needed help or if a cleansing was necessary. I think the guy with a dog had a very realistic reaction to the situation. It was very obvious that the guy was getting more and more hysterical as he approached the noise. He also was trying to calm himself, reassuring himself that if the dog did not feel that something was wrong, than he should be safe. This is probably how I would have reacted if I was put in this situation. Except for the part where he ran away, I am the type to throw hands even if I am scared sh*tless.
