We do that here in the Philippines. My grandma told be whenever I'm going to a place like woods or at the back of a building always says "tabi tabi po" it means "may i pass" "excuse me" "pardon me" "move to the side please" she told me to respect those I cannot see so that I won't be able to disturb spirit or entity. The reason why almost Philippine schools are haunted is because they built it beside cemetery or on old graveyards. Our school for example is built on World War 2 graveyards. I am a teacher and I can actually hear footsteps inside my room sometimes. Urban explorers who use underground tunnels need to remember they are in an enclosed space that may be filled with carbon monoxide, radon, or other oxygen-displacing gases. PLEASE, if you do this type of explorations, take an oxygen meter with you just to be safe. I know it won't protect you from a spirit, but just might keep your spirit safely in your body :).

TL;DR: Number 1 is totally staged, and you can tell within the first minute. I work in film, and I have a lot of experience using different microphones as well as mixing audio in post. The unexplained voice in Number 1 is 100% fake, and you can clearly tell. The voice comes in super clear and is a completely different quality than the audio from the rest of the video, meaning it was recorded on a different mic and added in post. If you listen closely, it's not too hard to tell, even from an untrained ear. Plus, the fact that he didn't even need to boost the audio and it was still nearly as loud as his own voice is a red flag in and of itself. Even with expensive equipment and microphones, you NEVER hear EVPs this clear, let alone with a phone microphone. Record a video with your phone, and have your friend in another part of the room say something, and you still won't hear their voice as clearly as the "ghost" in this one. Also the idea of "popular-KZbinr-moves-into-haunted-house" automatically makes it highly suspect.

I've watched so many ghost videos over the past few years that they really don't scare me anymore. I laugh most of the time at the "fake" clips etc. But that dogs collar coming off gave me chills. There is no logical explanation for that to happen. If it slipped off after he hit the cage wall maybe I could understand it, but you can see it being opened up before he moves :o

YES! if you go frame by frame on that clip you can see the collar being unclipped, which seems to be what makes the dog turn it's head back forward and then back up in that startled way

I don’t know. With all of the loud barking and the dog expanding his throat doing that barking, maybe he loosened it enough to come loose. When the dog heard the clip come apart, it appears it scares the dog long enough for him to jump back which caused the leash to fall the rest of the way off the neck and onto the ground.

But when he realized the entity followed him to his new home , he realized somebody made him witchcraft or a voodoo work.
