Hi, do you know if oil temperature display can be enabled? (Its enabled by default on the mk6 golf gtd, should be possible on facelift leon too?)

Hi, yes the option does not show up on VCDS so either there isnt a temp sensor for digital display or further manual coding is required

The needle sweep and digital speed would only work on the facelift dash (2009+) but the other tweaks will definately work

It should work as long as you have facelift 2009+ and big display

Hi! Sorry for the late cooment xd. I codded the beeping lock/unlock thing on my FL Leon with your procedure but it is not actually beeping. Is there a speaker that beeps and maybe i miss it? Have a good one.

I think it works with the alarm speaker, and on some cars with the horn beep

@@miisterj one more thing, i'm new to the VAG platform, i have the same xenon system as yours but my drl lights does not light up, tried every position on the light block. The car does not give any blown bulbs light, the bulbs are halogen and they're not blown, maybe they have been deactivated from VCDS? how can i turn then back on :))

@@gabrielciocan7145 do you have facelift model late 2010-2012 as this has its own seperate H1 bulb as DRL. On the pre facelift the 501 can be coded to work as DRLs

Hi, i believe UDS protocol was introduced in all cars since 2009 and the one in video is 2012 model

I was not able to do this on my Leon although it has folding mirrors, the option on VCDS was there but doesnt work on car... i also read online that this option is for automatics only?

Can you have both DRL fog lights and cornering fog lights active? Or just one or the other?

I tried this on the leon but wasnt able to do it, however i tried it on a golf mk6 without auto headlights and it worked

@@miisterj I have a 2011 seat leon mk2 1p1 but can't find DRL option in vagcom to activate the feature. Any ideas? Also central convenience controller 46 doesn't seem to open on vagcom.

@@northernise usually if u go through the long coding helper within central convenience numbers it should be in one of them, as its always different on every car

No the Seat Leons dont have the sensor, its in the mk6 golf 2009+

Hi if your Leon has projector headlights then it is D1S/D1C bulb but if its halogen then its h7 bulb and fog lights are HB4
