Craziest thing about kukulkan's hard defense is that they gave her both solomn defense AND evade. So even if we had to fight someone who can bypass solemn defense, she can just use her evade instead.

Nah she is a Huge DPS and the strongest Caster DPS in game on top of being a Huge character in the Duel core comps even on Neutral.. But you need her NP3 or more but that is a Lasagna thing not her fault.

So I have a dilemma, I'm a new player, and I've been playing for about two weeks now, I spent about 400 sq and 40 tickets on the Koyanskaya banner and didn't get anything. Should I keep summoning for Koyan (I have no support unit other than Meloi) or save up for either Kukul or Draco (I want these units cause they look awesome)? I've been grinding the past few days to keep trying to get Koyan, but I'm afraid that I'm not going to get her. Now I'm a beginner so idk which is best, however let's say that I have 0 sq after the Koyan banner, would I have enough time to grind sq to get Kukul or Draco (ik it's luck based so I could get them in the first pull, but odds are crap)? If I do then how would I get that sq (I just finished the third singularity and I haven't done many interlude/rank up quests, however I am grinding for the bond levels required to do them)? Major yap moment, pls help thx

if you have enough to go to pity just get her especially because you dont have supports and then get castoria kuku need koyanskaya to buff her and draco needs castoria you might also need oberun to 3turn with kuku im not sure tho. edit: the pity is 900sq if you can save that much you will get the charcter ou want.

I think your to new to the game that while yes having a meta support like Koyanskya is nice you just don’t have the current fire power to use her to the fullest let alone farm with her if you did get her her rn. I’d say more than anything focus on story and interludes. The main reason is for quartz but also the farther your in the story the more events you will be able to participate in. Leveling up units also gives quartz so focus on that. If you wanna keep trying for koyanskya it’s not a bad idea but if you rather save and wait for somebody that’s also ok.

Tough choice but I’d start saving for Kuku. Koyan is mostly a farm servant. Kuku will help with both farming and challenging content so you’ll get more out of her than Koyan

I started before this last summer event and got incredibly lucky on my gssr’s and got castoria, koyanskaya and Merlin all that is to say I agree with the other comments where I don’t have the fire power to actually use them to their full potential yet. I just started lost belt and I find that more often then not I’m grabbing a strong servant and putting my supports around them. I’d say overall though if you are that far in to pulling keep going you will get plenty more quartz!

Ignoring how good they are entirely my priorities are kashin, tiamom, tlaloc, draco (np1), durga, wandjina, kenshin(np1) and most of summer at least those are who i'll be after anyway, the rest are nice to have and ill toss a multi or two if i happen to have sq laying around (big if pre-summer). Personally I prefer the selection that Space Eresh targets over Draco because there's less options for them (also for newer ppl it might be annoying to remember what the extra triangles are). If want somethin funny to try out, Kashin + Alice + Quick support and stunlock something til it dies once they're out.

Well, that's one way to make the choices difficult and stand out. ;) I imagine I'm going to watch quite a few videos on the topic from various content creators, as well as follow the comments here on YT and the FGO subreddit. On top of reviewing Servants' skills and NPs to suit my tastes. (Maybe, just maybe their presence in the story resonates with me as well, but that's hard to account for when planning SQ savings ahead of time) I already know that at the very least Kukulkan, Aesc, and Castoria Zerk will be very hard to say no to, and I do have a weak of a bit spot for Melu.

I think Tiamat and Summer Barghest are the only two things of any interest next year. Draco would be of interest, if they didn't make 2 of 3 of her ascensions lolis, and the last just a plain poor man's Maou. It's such a shame too, her final ascension in Arcade was sick and they ruined it. Tiamat's Arcade 3rd may be slightly better too? I don't understand why they made her have this big ugly spirit horns behind her and why her boob covers are just randomly white while the rest of her design is that blue/green mud color. Just feels tacted on and out of place. Not sure why they covered them at all, given that we already have a fully naked servant in Summer Kama. Tiamat would be so much higher interest if she was the correct class, which is Beast. She's the OG Beast but is for some reason, not a beast, but instead an extremely overcrowded niche class. I in-fact cannot think of a worse class for her to be. Pretender would even be better. She's kind of a great example why those classings are so bad, even with how pushed her stats and passives are, she still isn't that great purely due to class issue.
