I am holding most of the REITs mentioned in this video. I think more and more people realize that mainstream REITs are more reliable. I used to buy some funny REITs, such as first reit, cache, Manulife, etc, and waste a lot of money. Now I only buy REITs with big names.

The problem with this video is it is supposed to be a personal list, not a definitive list. No one can tell whether a stock is going to be in the top 5 or top 10 list in anything. Now that MIT has produced middling Q1 results without properly explaining why distributable income has dropped, it proves that stock picking is sometimes best used as advisory rather than titled like financial advice

1. Frasers Centrepoint trust 2. Mapletree logistics trust 3. Mapletree pan Asia commercial trust 4. Mapletree industrial trust 5. DBS bank. While I appreciate that the video is very informative and useful, got two questions: - any favouritism to Mapletree group ? 😀 (I do hold 2 of the stocks you mentioned. 😀) - as there are several others REITS in SG, like CapitaMall, Keppel DC, Ascendas etc, any reason why they didn’t make it to the list ?

What do you think about US listed dividend ETF SCHD? Is it worth the 30% withholding tax? It seems like a good ETF, aside from the tax. I'm also wondering.... are any NYSE ETFs a good decision?

Tiger, moomoo, Syfe Trade is cheapest at 0.06% (min S$1.98). But tiger has a quarterly S$2 idle fee if you don't make any SGX trades for that quarter

Hello Kelvin... What brokers you are using right now and how many brokers you are using since we know that SIPC only covers up $250.000 worth of cash and $250.000 worth of stocks. I saw your portfolio is all in one broker which is IBKR. Sometimes I am afraid that broker will go bust and they only cover us $250.000 worth of stocks. What do you think about this?
