As for Mechagodzilla, I refuse to believe that he was actually as big a threat as portrayed since a Godzilla withstood several full blown attacks from MG untik Kong arrived. But, better than that, an exhausted Godzilla was even able to remotely contest a Proton Scream from a fully charged MG. I understand it's your opinion. Godzilla actually manhandled King Ghidorah in the for most of each fight. King Ghidorah only got the upperhand when something would interfere with the fight, like the Oxygen Destroyer or in the last fight where Godzilla was still tired and beat up from the atmospheric drop and Oxygen Destroyer, in fact IIRC, the director even said if the military did not drop the Oxygen Destroyer on Godzilla, Godzilla would have beat Ghidorah right there in the water.

ACTUAL top 5: 5:this can be debated between kong, prime and tiamat, all are strong in their own ways, even tho personally I would give it to eather prime or tiamat cuz they superior in strength and abilities, kongs intelligence puts him here cuz he could find a way to cheese them. 4: Godzilla- he has shown time and time again that he's a force of nature and an extremely powerful titan, pretty much the STRONGEST kaiju originating from earth. 3: mecha Godzilla- hes twice as heavy as Godzilla and is far more agile, he got weapons on every part of his body, his hands have buzz shaws, his mouth has meat grinders instead of teeth, his tail has a drill and ofc both his arms and legs can release supercharged attacks that disoriente kaiju, hes also got missles that seem to be quite an annoying and painful weapon, and ofc his beam that doesn't have the explosive power of Godzilla's beam but is like a hot knife through butter for most kaiju, then theres his jet packs and heavy armor, pretty much a better version of godzilla, even tho not that far stronger. 2: Ghidorah- his sheer size and mass are already an issue but the fact that he can fire 3 separate beams or focus them all in 1 mega beam, along with flight and extremely resilient skin as well as the muscle to carry Godzilla to the stratosphere and drop him make him a force to be reckoned with, not to mention the energy absorbion ability that realses the energy drawn from any part of his body, and ofc the insane regen making him almost unkillable. 1: thermo- we don't need an explanation for this one. I know that stuff like shinomura been able to shape shift and rodan been able to use super Sonic speeds to kill them are a thing but they are too debatable for this, and in some cases people dont count mecha or Ghidorah as titans, but Godzilla did so, why not.
