The blindness ad, in the beginning, puts a tear in my eye. my mom has something called macular dystrophy very similar to what happened to him is happening to her. I'm hoping CRISPR CAS9 can make a breakthrough And find the gene and deactivate it soon. Maybe one day we’ll live with no weaknesses it's already starting too happen. CRISPR CAS9 has been used so far to treat blood diseases like sickle cell and has done remarkable and has been used for certain eye diseases just not macular dystrophy so far

@@SinisterLynch I'm not sure if that would work. it would have to be after the gene is deactivated or gotten ridden with then, maybe they inject stem cells to replace the Eye Cells after CRISPR CAS9 does it's job. Honestly I see the two technology's working together both are so controversial tho which is annoying yet it's understandable why

Overall, I thought the commercials this year were better than the previous 2 or 3 years. My favorites this time were: E-trade (I'll get my Onesie), Rocket Mortgage (Barbie dollhouse), BMW Electric car (Zeus), Avocados from Mexico (tailgate at the Rome Coliseum), Toyota (keeping up with the Jonas'?), Amazon (Alexa can read your mind?), and Planet Fitness (Lindsay Lohan comeback?).
