Wish you could give us the brand names of the supplements you use Dr. Janine especially the collagen since I’m weary of most collagen supplements because they can contain heavy metals and impurities

That’s such a valid concern! Finding a clean, high-quality collagen supplement is tricky. Do you usually check for third-party testing or specific certifications when choosing one? 🌿
@LoriGardner-wl9qx10 күн бұрын
@ yes as well as the specific ingredients but still I worry because most brands don’t say whether they’re tested for purity and that they’re processed to be certain they contain no heavy metals or harmful substances

@@YourHealthyLifePathI’ve only tried the fish oil. I didn’t care for the orange flavor when I chewed them, but they are small and easy to swallow. I’ll definitely reorder when I run out.

What do you mean it makes them not feel well?? Like how? What symptoms are there??

Good question! Sometimes people report symptoms like bloating, upset stomach, or headaches when a supplement doesn’t agree with them. Have you ever experienced something like that with any supplement? 🤔

I prefer top quality seafoods and organic fruits and vegetables. It’s only when I can’t source it from trusted suppliers that I take supplements.❤

No vitamin D? Just vitamin K2?
@doctorjanine10 күн бұрын
Dr. Janine advises against taking vitamin D and vitamin K together because it can lead to hypercalcemia, a condition where there is too much calcium in the blood. This combination can potentially cause calcium to accumulate in the wrong places, leading to health issues. Calcium and magnesium should not be taken together as they compete for absorption as well. We suggest that D3 be taken in the morning and K2 at night to avoid any competition for absorption in the body. - Team Dr. Janine

Should you take calcium at night as well with the k2?
