My dad was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis three years ago. After watching Dr. Berg’s older videos about liver health, I started giving him 50,000 IU of vitamin D daily, along with co-factors, TUDCA, milk thistle, tocotrienols (a form of vitamin E), and selenium. Now, his liver is back to normal, and he hasn’t needed any medications from his doctor.

So grateful for this channel and Dr Berg. I live on a rainy West Coast island.. barely go outside, had poor childhood nutrition with tons of steroids and antibiotics... As an adult I've eaten "healthy" vegetarian never have smoked/drink/drugs BUT high sugar and caffeine. My diet has predominantly been "organic" carbs and fruit and veg. I rarely take a multivitamin because I don't like taking pills. Thus... I guarantee this is the reason I've had so many health issues... The lack of vitamin d and magnesium. My heart is broken for myself, I lost my youth being sick... I lose countless days per month to severe migraines. My heart hurts for every person suffering.... My heart hurts for all those who don't have this knowledge I'm starting on 10000 IU of vitamin D asap ... And 1000 mg of magnesium (also including glutathione, NAC, creatine, vit c, zinc, probiotics) Going to go low carb and eliminate "cupboard food" And due to this channel, I may try eating meat. Wishing love to everyone. Send me vibes. ❤ Anyone relate ?

I don’t get periods anymore, I know now since I took the blood test that my hormones are imbalanced.. is there an updated video on estrogen and how to get it higher? 😊

Hi Dr. Berg. I also heard that B12 is needed for anyone on statin. Also, taking niacin at 250 mg twice a day instead of 500mg at once is better because above 250mg could be bad for the liver and the body cannot absorb too much niacin at once. It would be great if you can look into these and verify once you have a chance. Thank you so much for your incredible work to help us understand and improve our health!

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!! I had a heart attack, or so they tell me, on July 23, 2024. My cardiologist put me on a statin drug along with four other blood thinners. I stopped taking the statin after researching and listening to Dr Berg and others. At no time did my cardiologist tell me I should also take CO-Q-10 to help reduce any issue with my liver. I left the hospital and will, hopefully, never return. I have a new doctor since then.

Good morning, Dr. Berg! What is the difference between Vitamin D 3 and Vitamin D 2? Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
@mikepeek56553 ай бұрын
I think because the 3 is larger than the 2. Or is it the other way. 2 is less than 3. Whatever ! Lol Seriously, I think since they are really hormones , D2 is only for a specific condition with issues of estrogen or testosterone. Vs. D3 helps balance the correct about calcium taken with K2 to divert calcium to the bones vs into the arteries.
@B-otamin3 ай бұрын
D3 is the active form of vitamin D which you want to take and D2 is the synthetic form of vitamin D which you don’t want to take. I remember Dr. Berg mentioning something like this numerous times in his many vitamin D videos. I hope this helps:)

My mom had a life treatening accident in an elevator and she has been taking low doses of D3. Ive been trying to get her to take at least 50,000 IU to help with her crippling, disabling pain in her hip. I finally just bought it for her and told her how to take it and she is doing so much better, now. She evens looks different, less pain and more aliveness.❤ I couldn't have helped her find this relief without you because no drugs worked for her pain, and she doesn't want opiods.

Going all carnivore in February 2024, solved or at least improved all of my gut and stomach problems, as well as my autoimmune diseases. I do take D3, K2, selenium, lugol's solution, B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin C additionally since 3 months, because I lack of these since decades. Plant based diet over 50 years almost killed me.
