Jeremy you are so right about number 1, fear drives the markets. Most people I talk to about investing are always "nah many way too risky, you could lose everything". Which I think is the trick, if you are too afraid to invest your money but are not at all afraid to spend it I think is a little backwards. So which is better? Spending all your monies on weed and Starbucks knowing you won't see a monetary return or actually investing in weed and Starbucks? your call it's your money.

Speaking of debt, if you're younger and going into college to get a degree the name of which end in "studies", perhaps go to a cheaper college instead of one that costs $30k a year

The answer to "When to sell a losing position" is *Never* . If you studied and invested in a business you took time to invest it, should trust it to recover + investing itself is a long term *investment* . *- Financial Videos 20/100 Subscriber Goal.*

Hooligan1050Ryder why in the world would you want to invest in SNAP? Investing in SNAP means betting against FB. Do you really believe that you can make money by betting against Facebook?

I am going to start a business in fact i'm already on it for over a week(planing) and just started to program my website. I know a few people on instagram/facebook with over 50k followers who would promote my products for me. The products i am going to sell relate to their category and their hobby. I am still scared to take the step, because I don't have much money but you gave me motivation to do it with all your videos!

Over confident, lack of care for debt/opportunity cost, and overall bad at numbers/math is what cost people money. I know you mean well by getting these youngsters into starting a business but we all know not everyone is cut out for it. People really need to gauge if they are cut out for it by doing a couple of self tests. Ask yourself, have you ever done anything in your life that factored in opportunity cost? Have you ever done anything that mitigated risk, or did a full analysis of risk vs rewards? Can you do a potential ROI quickly in your head after factoring all necessary cost with a conservative projection? Have you done any of this for fun and it was not forced by an academic institution? Just like a B average student who struggles with pre-calc who thinks he/she can become a doctor, people really need to understand their full potential before jumping in. I know managers who just doesn't know their numbers and couldn't evaluate their business's future projections to save their life.

I am thinking about quitting my full time job to open a computer repair service. There is little initial investment. I am not afraid of losing money but losing time. If it doesn't work out then I would have lost out on my biweekly income. Thumbs up for encouragement please! I want to do this!

I think that idea of spending vs investing is a huuuuge one guys! The normal person is a consumer so they buy things to make the investor rich. And I agree with fear being #1! Regretting something in life is even worse.

Thank you so much because once again you nailed it. I was one of them people I had good jobs and I didn't know too much about the financial investment they didn't teach us that in grammar school are in high school basically they told us how to fill out an application and to get a job or to go off to college. But watching your videos and getting the understanding about financial education has helped me a lot .I have invested into several companies and even though I'm older ,I'm thinking about for my children so that's why I appreciate everything that you teach me and give me a good solid understanding . I look back at the money that I wasted I could have been a multi-millionaire had my own business if ,I had a only knew more about financial education.

I have at least 6 to 8 business ideas base off what I'm good at, or what I'm passionate about. The problem comes in knowing where to start. I was looking at some info about not investing in business cards, but instead networking through friends, family and college class mates. Getting them to spread the word of my skill set becomes an issue. Someone saying " hey I know someone who ...". How can I get my network going?

1 recommendation.. coming from someone in the entertainment industry.. use the same voice you use during your show.. for both your intro and outro.. the voice you use during the intro and outro sounds forced and awkward.. it will sound much better if you use your regular voice, or practice a different "entertainment" voice - no offense whatsoever, just trying to lend a helping hand because you provide great content and I really like your videos - keep up the good work

I actually think buying a house is a smart move if you have 100k. You'll always need somewhere to live, and you can have roommates to help pay your mortgage and build equity. Just don't buy at the top of the market.
