Get four cones/ markers then space them evenly you want to just continue doing two feet in a two feet out, it’s not much but a life saver

I am going fully Dutch on this so assuming a 433 formation. As a team: Make the field wide wingers and outside backs completely touching the side line. This takes the opponents their wingers and fullbacks to go wide as well leaving for more space in the middle. If the opponents full backs or wingers don't go out wide your wingers and fullbacks will have time and space.

Your head and your eyes create space first. Always keep looking around you and know where players and spaces are nearby so that before you even touch the ball, you know where to go. It’s a constant process in a match that never stops

2-3 rounds of the rest of the workout is ok but 2-3 rounds of those 50-100 push-ups? By the way, is it Round 1(2x-3x) then Round 2(2x-3x). OR Round 1 Round 2 ( both 2x-3x). Continuous repetition or Alternating repetition?

Dont copy his push ups. The badest form i ever saw in my life. Make them slow. If you ad speed you are not isolating the muscle from the joints. You just want to use the force of your muscles

Without knowing anything I know this video was an American field. The shadow of the tree by the empty school was long so it was either early morning or late afternoon. In other words, not blazing heat around noon. So why was the field empty? Because it is America. Then soccer season starts and there will be 100 kids there and they will suck and not even realize they suck. A few kids will stand out because they play club in some other town that actually plays soccer. Okay now I will create real angst. I am 100 percent against dribbling around cones. You are practicing touches you will never use unless you play against 6 inch opponents. Yes dribbling is very important but you dribble around humans who are significantly wider than a cone. And what about Tobin Heath and Rose Lavelle who like to nutmeg? They would go right over the cone I guess. Practice going around people or those dummies and not little cones.
