You can speed up every unit, you just need to select them with another unit who are more far, it will speed up to rejoin the other unit, for the formation

Actually in AoE3 it can be very useful, since the route that the unit takes can become shorter due to the constant change of the game.

@@pranaypatil1969 The fusiliers had 7+ speed so if you move them away THEN select the Cannons who are behind + The fusiliers the Cannons will move at a greater speed to "catch" up , its a technique called pulling and it worked great here because the Fusiliers had insane speed

it was legitimate, fusiliers are fast to begin with and Kaiser had a 10% speed increase from the advanced arsenal upgrade and 20% from the German church card.

There is another way apart from Gangster answer. You might have noticed that if the troops are scattered and you select all of them and click somewhere on the map to move. At that time there are few individuals or group moves bit faster or even start to run. This is what he is doing here. He selected all it's army and moved them but the connons were bit behind so they speed up themselves to merge together. That's clever play..👏

1:25 its not 9000iq, the red player is a bad player, i would haev killed many french villagers with that cossacks, and musketeers close combat. With strelet i would kill only 1 dragon probably. Anyway, 10 curiasers less was GG.

Those vills are very tanky, cossacks have low attack, and losing 3 cdb isn't a big deal if you win thay fight. Also, the wall placement wasn't improvised

@@fernandoaburto7040 those vills are not tanky versus meele atack, and killing them would destroy eco (kiling those vill was the best profit attack), there is no need to kill those weak enemy units, he should have killed villagers with cossacks. and ranged unitsto kill dragoons. That wall was only for noob players. There is not 9000iq when u play versus a bad player.

Red player has all infatery near each other thats suicide, also if cossack are going to surround a wall full of dragoon just go back or kill villagers, blue player was dead, but red player suicided just because he is an unexpert player. Red player only had to surround coureur des bois and infatery should go anticanon formation killing dragoons so cossack live more to kill coureur. Then when the battle, many coureur des bois are dead, and the game is won. Because blue won the battle with militray units alive but coureur dead. Also musket could go meele combat versus dragoons and coureur (half and half), making more difficult to cannon to get a good shot. That wall is just but unexpert players. And its sad that this was a championship

but all this was only if blue player attacks with coureurs, if he dont atack with coureur then just kill cannons with cossacks but surroind the mine not the wall, and its over, infatery must always be split. Because 2 cannon shooting at the same points kils any russiant infatery. So just kill villagers, if he runs just all cosacks to kill 2 cannons, then use the infatery, red player should have all infatery anticannon mode and in a range ot of cannons. I say again, its sad that this is a championship, red player is really bad
