one of the best fishermans on the world! I love this guy so much! So simple explanations, no complications, right on spot! I love Darel Peck also, but he somethimes complicate things with rigs and thoughts :D This guy, absolute perfect!
@JackPhillips-t9g12 күн бұрын
Darrel peck doesn’t complicate rigs, he uses his own bottom bait rig and a stiff hinge, that’s it

great video..... I'm new to carp fishing. learning loads. do people lose leads frequently tho? makes sense but I just assumed we dont wanna leave stuff in the lake we fish in. might be stupid question but I'm quite the newbie atm.
@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV2 жыл бұрын
No, as the lead is set to release upon hooking a fish to give a much better chance of landing it, but won't release if you are just retrieving your rig etc.

Fished a venue last week for 3 days, the weed made this lake look weed free. It was horrendous, it was like cabbages all through the lake. Huge leaves were visible all under the surface. If you managed to find a clear spot (fortunate is the right word) then you got caught up in the massively thick stems and parasol sized leaves on the retrieve. Which reminds me, I need to order some new leads to replace the ones i lost. Cracking vid though Rob. N1

Great vid buddy for explaining about weed and feeling the lead down 😁😁😁 I do it naturally but there are so many I see that don't. It's not that they dont want to learn its just people dont explain or show in as simple terms as possible for people to understand 👍👍👍people shy away from weedy lakes but like you say it's all about fi doing those spots 😁😁😁👍👍👊👊

Hi I’m new to fishing, can I ask are you just using your finger at the point of lead to water impact to tighten the line.
@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV3 жыл бұрын
Yep, to stop the line leaving the spool.
@millwallfan064 жыл бұрын
Hi thanks how are you keeping that line tight before the lead hits the water are you keeping it tight with your finger?
@MainlineBaitsCarpFishingTV4 жыл бұрын
Yep, gently feather the line with your finger as the lead approaches the target, then trap the line with finger as the lead hits the water so you can feel it down to the lakebed on a tight line.

Bounce the lead through the weed until it comes clear? Wish it was that easy and quick. All that happens when i do it is the lead clogs with weed and i have to reel it in and remove it all and re-cast.
