This is so helpful! Thank you for sharing! It’s amazing how much weight loss turns into a lifestyle when you focus on how you’re feeling. I want to order the foods to feel good vs the foods I would have chosen years ago, feeling miserable afterwards. The changes are small but the results are huge

I find it challenging when i want to eat a salad that doesn't have sugar in it.... Especially at eateries where the waitress looks like i am being difficult. Sometimes, I feel like I need to carry my own salad dressing.

Many people are not you. Many people are not metabolically healthy and will gain with carbs. We are not all the same. Glad you lost weight. But don't be spreading misinformation. Many people will over eat carbs ie crave to eat when they are not truly hungry. Thus stopping weight loss.

Think of the "UNREWARD" when I eat Carb heavy the things I do not want in my life come forward the are the unreward but when I eat correctly I gain the rewards or all the positive things I want in my life are coming towards me. Make food decisions based on reward value you will fill full and feel good about yourself.

Please be careful. I probably would like to see a video on making my own tortilla chips or finding one that with the Yuka app shows that there’s no harmful additives and chemicals in it. I refrain from buying a lot of the tortillas even the Mission and all the low carb ones because they have chemical additives in them. I have bought things that said that they have know maybe a little bit too fatty or maybe too much sugar but I never would buy the ones that have the chemicals so it’s probably best for us to make our own tortillas. I’m trying to find the tortilla to maketo make my own chips I do a lot of cooking

I have been doing so good for about 8 months with my eating and my meal prep but unfortunately I'm a Ed technician in a school and have missed a few days over the holidays without pay and that's enough to put me behind so I don't have money to go grocery shopping so my fear is I'm going to have to eat what I have which is not going to be good or enough

I'm uncertain why you would not recommend that we "eat out while still losing weight." Seems like a win-win to me and your vid is captioned "eating out while traveling" when you have to eat out! So if you don't recommend that we use the tools in your video, what solutions do you recommend? Thanks for your suggestions 😇💝😊

Seriously maybe it’s me but isn’t it becoming a bit obsessive? I mean I am 5”5 about 130 pounds I don’t scale and I am fit and I get it we all want to live a healthy low carbs lifestyle which I do most of time to keep my weight with intermittent fasting also but isn’t it a question of balance like in anything else after all ? I mean losing weight on vacay and stuff come on let’s live a little and be +\- 5 pounds who cares? You got to love yourself for who you are while staying healthy This is getting excessive IMO

Pork rinds & beef jerky are so not healthy 🙄!
@alexialanda2723 күн бұрын
Read the ingredients to make sure there are no added sugars or bad oils. They both can be healthy and make great travel snacks when you're trying to meet your protein intake. I substitute corn chips with pork rinds and eat my guacamole with them. Or I use it as breading for chicken or for meat balls. Worked wonders for me and a lot of people in the carnivore or keto community. With that said, everyone is different. Do what is right for YOU.
