It's called Omaha. Where each player holds 4 cards instead of 2. Rules are the same. Hand rank is still the same. It's just 4 cards. It's still best out of 5 but you can only use 2 cards out of your 4. Me, personally I don't like it. I prefer to sticking to gangster poker aka Hold'em :)
